I use the J&J Gaming app for so many different perks. I love the Specials & Events tab and being able to see what’s going on near me wherever I am. Earning and redeeming points is so easy. The e-gift cards are my favorite J&J rewards items.

I love the J&J app! It’s easy to use & simple to understand. I’ve discovered some cool new locations by searching different zip codes when I travel. My points add up pretty quickly & redeeming rewards is simple - my favorite so far is the camping lantern!! The few times I’ve needed to reach out with questions J&J has been quick to respond & help!!

Love the App!!
The app makes it easy to find J&J locations wherever I go. There are so many locations it’s crazy! Getting points is so fast now, and the items you can redeem points for are really nice too. Great selection!
The pin for J and J in Vandalia is wrong so it won’t let you check in. This has been reported

I’m sitting in the location and it keeps saying almost there

Always says “almost there” when I try to redeem points, I’m literally sitting in the location.
Not satisfied.
I was in J&J check in all the time in Mimi, Illinois in Carbondale, Illinois and now it has been switched over on our telephone and I can’t even get in because you won’t accept my phone number that I had for many many many years that’s sad.
J&J app
I can literally be in a slot bar and the app always says “you’re almost there “ and won’t give me any points, two different bars in two different sides of the city, it was better with the kiosk
Terrible app!
The app does not allow you to even check in. Even when standing g I. From of their own Kiosk. It uses location services from the cellular network and it is not very accurate when standing inside the building!
Fix the app or put the application back on the Kiosks!
