مدري ليش شغالين وهما مايبون يوصلون ولا موظفين خدمة العملاء منهم فايده ولا شي شغال صح بهذي الشركه تفتحون المكالمات ولا يردون وان ردو قال بنتبع الشحن وتختفي واذا شافوك ماقفلت المكالمه قفلوها هم ومناديبهم مايوصلون وش تبون يعنيي؟

تحتاج تدقق على المندوبين لان مو طبيعي دق مرة وحده ولا رسل وقام يحطها عدم إستلام و ادق على الخط الساخن ترد علي وعندها ازعاج لا صوتها واضح ولا تسمع لي وكل شوي تحط ميوت !

شركة سيئة جداً في التوصيل، يحدد معاك وقت ويجيك بعد ٦-٧ ساعات ومرات ٢ مرات ٣ فجاه يوصل يرسلك صورة مارديت خلال كم ثانية يختفي ويعيدون جدولتها حتى رقمهم مو شغال ولافيه دعم فني ولالهم مكتب تسالهم، فوضى ولو فيه تقييم بدون نجوم كان قيمتهم

I had a really bad experience with this courier. My order wasn’t delivered on the first day, and since then it has been repeatedly delayed. Customer service is hard to reach, and there’s no way to track your parcel or know when it will arrive, which made the whole process very frustrating. I won’t be using them again.

They're a failure. The shipping company takes two months, and when I call customer service, they say they're always busy. Their attitude is awful. I hope they shut down this useless app.
