Stuck on booking and buying tickets when we choose the seats .

They should put kpay or smt which is really famous in Myanmar and it could help alot if they put it
Worst Payment ever with Useless Partnership for payment (g&g)
Why they only accept MPU instead of JCB and Union Pay which are more convenient? It is 2025 already!! My card has both MPU and JCB feature which I have been using 3-4 years on Grab, Food Panda, and other apps. Yet in this unreliable app, I have to apply for E-commerce again for my card. And the WORST thing is their payment partner G&G Convenience Stores are completely USELESS and UNRELIABLE. In the same day, I have visited 5 G&G stores in 3 different townships (KyeeMyinDaing, ShweGonDaing, Tharkaeta) but they gave me excuses like service unavailable at our stores or system breadown,....etc. Why the service in G&G is available only at selected location and branch? It is extremely inconvenient for users.
Suggestion: please partner with Fintech and other online payment option that has large userbase!!!

Worst app ever
I’ve been trying to book 4 seats for a movie for a whole day. But if I leave booking, it shows that I can’t book again. Ok, my mistake. But then when I try to buy the tickets, the visa and MPU ones both don’t work and when I call the call center for help, they were no help whatsoever and acted like it was the fault of my internet. I’ve been trying to book the tickets and now I can no longer get the seats I want thanks to the incompetence of the people who made the app and the call center helpers who were no help whatsoever.
