Loud as hell
The volume of the movie playing is so loud that i cant concentrate the movie anymore I just wanted to leave. 😭
Unstable app
Whenever there’s a popular movie with high demand, the app seems to become unstable and frequently shows errors and making it impossible to complete a booking. The app really needs better reliability and performance during peak times.
Terrible payment glitch!
Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased 2 movie tickets through the app and was charged for both, but I only received 1 ticket in my account. resolve this issue, my second ticket as soon as possible.
