Can’t pair to my device.
A bit strange I thought considering that I see a lot of people using this model (it was even recommended by a business associate)

Connectivity issues continue

Hi jwr_red- Thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that you are having this trouble connecting your Jabra device with the Sound+ app. Please be sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection on your phone, and that you disable any “power saving” or “battery optimization” settings on your phone. If the headset is not recognized by the app, please force quit the Sound+ app and turn off the headset. Then launch the Sound+ app again and power the headset back on.
