Not great to be honest.
So my experience has not been good, the camera I ordered went faulty and I had to contact the manufacturer. Then I ordered a tv which delivery got delayed by over a week, I had to message the delivery company and Jacamo only to eventually be told it was damaged in transit and told I’d be issued a refund! No option of being sent another one or anything else. Customer service is appalling.

So where do we find an account overview now? What is wrong with all these websites, that they remove more and more information from their customers, who after all are paying their wages???

Do not use
I have put order in 5 times and every time they have cancelled my order when paying with cash so unless you want payment pending on your bank for a week before money goes back in I wouldn’t bother
Discount codes
Rather disappointing when the offer discount codes for 20% off or £25, but there’s always an error when trying to check out in your basket, but once you take the promo cards off for that discount the payment works

Worst ever online app
Don’t waste your money on this app your money will get stuck they don’t send product on time and I doubt they even don’t product I haven’t received my product yet

Login issues
Shopped with Jacamo over multiple years, always like their stuff, but app has account login bug issues! As a whole, I can only login about 50% of the time on the app. I haven’t been able to login since the beginning of February, and end up going on the website, I nearly missed a payment due to this 🫠

Decent app but the models let it down
I’ve always seen this company as aimed at tall chunky monkeys like myself. But when all you use is pretty boys it kinda puts me off. No offence to the models but I’d rather not have some poser showing me the clothes I’d like to wear.

Hi, loving the website! Unfortunately, the items I’ve saved on desktop do not show up on the app, I am logged into the same account and all other details are available, just not my saved items.

A good selection of clothing and a decent filtering system.
Lack of Apple Pay, PayPal or AMEX payment methods mean I end up leaving orders in the basket unpaid for as I don’t have my cards to hand.
