Disappointed

Disappointed with the latest update as I am now unable to see my account balance and payment due date. The older version was so much better.
This has now put me off from shopping via the app

Not great to be honest.

So my experience has not been good, the camera I ordered went faulty and I had to contact the manufacturer. Then I ordered a tv which delivery got delayed by over a week, I had to message the delivery company and Jacamo only to eventually be told it was damaged in transit and told I’d be issued a refund! No option of being sent another one or anything else. Customer service is appalling.
