Payed $5 and it crashes right away when I try to upload files from Box. Very dissapointing

Simply the best Medical Image Viewer I have seen for iPad.

Resolution issues

I purchased the app, downloaded the server and was able to transfer the files on my iPad, everything worked fine, the only problem is that the image resolution on my iPad is waaayyy lower than my desktop, I can see pixels. I tried to play with it, no luck so far.
