Slow app
Have a hard time adding items, and even have to close out several times.
No substitutions because it’s out of stock
They brag about never needing to substitute your items because they’re not in stock anyway. I’ve never seen an online grocery service be out of so many things. They also don’t offer near the variety of items other services do. You’ll need to make another list of things to pick up from a real grocery store after you finish at JackBe’s.

Best Grocery Store
I can get overwhelmed or easily distracted when I shop at a normal grocery store, but JackBe makes it so easy to just add things to the cart as I think of them. I was blown away by how fast and easy the whole grocery shopping experience was with this app. I highly recommend trying JackBe out!

Update in March 2023… I could finally sign up to buy groceries in the app. I am very happy that I came back to give them a try once the bugs were worked out on the sign up page. These people here are fast and efficient. I ordered my groceries through the app and ordered a variety of things on my first order to check their quality. In under 30 minutes the store had my order picked and ready. Pulled into the spot and scanned my QR code and within minutes a person appeared with my groceries and loaded them carefully into my vehicle. Once home I checked for quality and they did an excellent job. They also got everything that I ordered with no replacements that needed to be made. I was very pleased with my experience and will shop at this store many more times in the future. Thanks for a pleasant experience compared to some other stores nearby.

App Doesn’t Work
Every time I would try to add another product to my cart it would take the other item out completely. I literally only needed a couple things and wanted to be able to stop and pick up on my way home. Guess I’ll just continue to go to the store myself!
Easy App
I just acquired this app easily, with saying I want no notifications, no problem. Unfortunately I am not in an area yet where a store is located, but can’t wait. I got the app to watch The progress of the stores!
Love it!
Was short on time, daughter’s wedding the next day, had family in town and needed a few things asap. Downloaded, ordered, picked up in less than an hour. I’m already hooked!
I cannot sign up without signing up for promotional emails
Just as the title says. This app will not let you sign up for an account to purchase groceries unless you leave the box checked for promotional emails. Once you uncheck the box you cannot sign up at all and therefore cannot be a customer for JackBe. Seems as if the store would want to sell groceries instead of sending me promotional emails, but here we are. I cannot sign up to buy groceries and cannot step foot in a store that does not allow actual customers. This app prevents purchasing groceries.

Coolest Concept Yet
Never weird substitutions, amazing customer service, and such an easy way to get groceries on the go! TEAM JACKBE!
Cant checkout , app buggy , doesn’t add to cart
Tried adding items to cart three times, each time when I go to the cart there is nothing there. Then at checkout with the one item in my cart - I get to a screen that requires me to enter a code that is emailed or texted. Tried both - each time when I enter code get “server error” message. No way to go back on this screen.

App is slow
The app is super slow, the search brings up incorrect results and when adding things to the cart it removes the previous item. It wont add all the items to the cart
THE BEST GROCER APP ON THE MARKET
Since using JackBe I have spent last time at the store impulsively buying items I don’t need.
I know that every time I order from JackBe my groceries are hand selected and come out exactly as I expect.
When I order on other apps I noticed that they will bring me substitutes instead of what I order. This can be extremely disappointing when I get home looking forward to much on some nacho cheese Doritos only to find French onion sun chips.
I am never going to get groceries from any other store.

Must make their $$$ from data mining
Downloaded the app and upon opening I get the iPhone “Ask not to track” prompt. I guess since I selected that I get nothing but a blank screen in the app.
Awesome new grocery app
Really awesome idea, way more convenient than grocery pick up or delivery!
