I love that the ads are so overwhelming like some other platform. But there are ads! Jack’d is easy to use and most of the features don’t require you to pay.

It’s a great app a way too make new friends each and every day and a great way too communicate with others around the world.
Not well put together
The App needs a lot work. It’s probably not worth the monthly Pro fee. You can’t edit a sent text— so you have to unsend it. You can put Hashtags in a profile but good luck using search with them. It was thrown together without any thought as to whether it works.

They will ban you if someone report you
I got banned just because I don’t usually answer people I’m not interested in. They reported me and my account got banned without even checking if the claims were true. Good riddance there are other apps now with less fake profiles
The only one
This app is very good and it is the only one I know you can filter by ethnicity. Not being racist but sometimes I want to focus on my preferred community and only Jack’d has the right feature.
Freeze up
This app is ok but it freezes up a lot, sometimes for 5-6 hours straight. Too many glitches!
Location update
The location part of app sucks and it should be better features for people that pay for the app. I’m bout to just give up on it.
Matches
The Daily Matches Choices Is Out Of State (Faraway) NOT Local… How Can I Find Someone Who Matches My Profile If I’m Subject To Relocate???
App keeps freezing when trying open the app
Majority of the time when I open the app the Jack logo shows in orange and red but never goes to the black and red. It just stays on orange and red so it stays like that multiple times. I even tried to close out and go back in the problem still consist.

Needs improvement
There is so much that could be done to enhance the app & experience. Right now, based on capabilities, it feels like a low budget app. Two recommendations I have are: 1- users should be able to pin messages to differentiate with so many people on this app & randomly writing u. They should not take up the space where u were having genuine connections already. 2- local boost is cool but how about a global boost? Thousands of gay men travel all around the world so that visibility would be a great resource- not to mention the profit the app would draw from that capability. Additionally, why are some messages being opened and shown read before I even click on it? Weird. Last thought: when someone has written a person more than 3x to no avail- that person should not be allowed to continuously harass the person. Would like to see an automated restriction there.

Priorities all the way messed up
So you take off the feature for blocking someone on the free side of the app which comes down to safety, and security. In other words, you’re saying someone can decide to stalk me on the app or harass me, but I have to get punished and leave the app because that person decided to harass me.
Then the icing on the cake is you leave the feature to make your pictures disappear on the free side which should be a feature only available for people who are paying for the app.
whoever is coming up with these ideas really need to go back to the drawing table.
