What's New in Jacked

1.4.6

July 31, 2026

A more consistent app, plus better logging and progress tracking. New • Every slide-up panel now works the same way — swipe it down, tap the dimmed area behind it, or hit the X to close. That's the workout picker, rest-timer explainer, history stats, milestones, coach picker, and all the settings sheets. Panels with a lot of content now scroll properly instead of getting stuck. • Your session cards now show total volume for the workout, including bodyweight moves. • The end-of-workout recap now appears on coached workouts too, not just ones you log on your own. Improved • Cleaner number editor — the inline lb/kg and mi/km toggle is gone (that choice lives in Settings), so you won't flip units mid-log by accident. • Better log hints for moves without quick-log chips — cardio, planks, and carries now show you exactly how to enter them, like "Log 27:00 · 1.5 mi." • Your coach checks your history before asking for a starting weight, and no longer asks for details that don't apply to cardio. • Opening a coached session is a little faster. Fixed • Bodyweight sets now show as reps instead of "N × 0 lb," and count toward your total volume and reminders. • Lowering the weight on a set you already logged updates its PR badge right away instead of leaving a stale one. • Coach replies no longer drop information from parallel lookups. • Edits to a workout you're still in the middle of save reliably and won't get rolled back by a background sync.

Jacked AI > Trainer Creep

Jacked is my new best friend. I want a gym girlie body, but I hate the gym. I need direction and accountability, but I can’t handle gym bro trainers. With Jacked my coach Kelly keeps me on track for less than a cocktail. It’s pool season. You need this app.
