Best workout app I’ve tried
Out of any workout app I’ve used this is by far the best and the most intuitive. I really enjoy the simplicity of the design which makes it so easy to input my workouts and track my progress effectively - which I’ve found difficult to achieve beforehand. As a beginner in the gym myself, I would highly recommend this app to anybody just starting out, as well as those who are more experienced as I can see them making use of the ‘custom templates’ feature to personalise their app to their preferred workout structure. I could see myself doing this in the future. Overall I would very highly recommend this app to anyone who uses the gym!
