Issues

Worked great for the first month but I kept having issues with unapproved charges, even after I cancelled. Customer support takes forever to get back to you and honestly continuously getting these charges and trying to communicate this mistake to them is becoming frustrating at this point. I wish I would have never even tried it.

It works well but..

Recently the app cannot booked the group class on same day after last update, even ahead of 12 hrs of my class. I got “no class”message inside of the app. The tech support is able to be resolved this within 4 hrs.
