Can’t even get into the game

It keeps telling me I don’t have internet when I know in fact I do, I’ve tried my home internet and my mobile internet and it still pops up with no internet please retry. And I have deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would help and nope.

Jackpocket Solitaire

It is very frustrating and disappointing when I download a new game like Jackpocket solitaire and I can’t get past the initial sign-up phase because the app keeps crashing. It doesn’t allow me to download. It is saying that there is no Internet service which is impossible because my house has, three routers and lots of Internet access

Won’t load

Tried downloading two Jackpocket games and neither will go past the load screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted my phone and still nothing. Can’t really review games that you can’t play.

Stop working

It was fine until last week. It won’t load and said no connection even if it’s connected to internet. So I deleted it.
