Can’t even get into the game
It keeps telling me I don’t have internet when I know in fact I do, I’ve tried my home internet and my mobile internet and it still pops up with no internet please retry. And I have deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would help and nope.

It is very frustrating and disappointing when I download a new game like Jackpocket solitaire and I can’t get past the initial sign-up phase because the app keeps crashing. It doesn’t allow me to download. It is saying that there is no Internet service which is impossible because my house has, three routers and lots of Internet access

Won’t load
Tried downloading two Jackpocket games and neither will go past the load screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted my phone and still nothing. Can’t really review games that you can’t play.

Stop working
It was fine until last week. It won’t load and said no connection even if it’s connected to internet. So I deleted it.

Ok solitaire game, glitches are frustrating
Game is pretty mediocre. The easy modes seem way too easy. The coin system is pretty worthless, after a while as you only really need them for undos. There should be more of an incentive than winning a small amount coins if you make the leader board. The hints are a joke, and only show you when you can move a king to a blank space or a card to match in another stack. The autocomplete process should be much faster like other games. There’s no reason to see every card added slowly to the pile. The real frustrating part is when you finally win, a screen that says “something went wrong” with a broken connection icon comes up about once every 5 or so times, and doesn’t allow you to claim the award from winning. Why do you need to press a button to claim an award anyway? And no my connection is just fine this is just something that happens with the app regularly. A lot of things just don’t seem well thought out from a user experience and game experience perspective with this app. With the glitches as well, I’d just look for a different one.

It’s stimulating!
It gives me a push from boredom!
Jackpot Solitaire
Try downloading this app it gets halfway through and then states no Internet. Even though I have Internet, my phone shows four bars plus the Internet is active otherwise how would I be able to download the app to play. I’ve tried several times to unload and load and clear cash to no avail the app keeps stating there is no Internet.

Why is there a limit on how many times one can undo a move?
What is the point of "hints" that don't help the game???
Why isn't there a way to end the game when one realises it can't be solved that still awards points amassed & time used?
