With all the money the make, I couldn't even login with information that was copied directly from jea. Would get no stars if i could. They don’t care if you pay or not
Please Update
I pay most of my bills through apps which is what most have transitioned to. This app would be much more convenient if they would allow you to store your payment information and not have to re enter it every time you pay. I literally dread paying my utility bill every month because I am so busy and to have to go in and re enter ALL of my info each time is such a headache. Please fix this.

Not for Regular customers
Account number does not work to use app.
12 digit mystery solved
For household accts simply add two 00 in front of your Acct number and it will work. Also, this app is for TN not FL, so it’s for TN customers only.
Cannot login
Requires a 12 digit account number to log in when mine is only 10. Does not work for residential users. Such a pointless app.
Lacks Security
Should not be asking for social information. The main web site uses different information.
APP IS VERY MISLEADING
This app does not work for everyone. I am assuming it is only for commercial lines since it requires a 12 digit account number to sign in which is only given to commercial lines, whereas residentials are only given a 10 digit account number. Would be helpful if this were in the description so people would know before downloading.

Same complaint as other users. The app requires a 12 digit account number to log in and mine only has 10 digits...making this app useless to me.
Does not work
I payed my bill in August using this app. My payments were rejected and I wasn’t notified about it. I can’t trust this app.

STILL haven’t fixed account mask on sign in. My account has 10 digits but the app requires 12 digits. If they can fix that over several months what else is wrong if I could log in. Their web app is actually very good.
