Dislike new format
I’m canceling my subscription because I so dislike the description of the cards by voice . I used to love the enchantment of the music and watching the scene unfold.

Created my card after joining on here and then every time I tried to send it, I was told I needed to get a subscription. Emailed their help centre, but haven’t heard anything.
Confusion reigns
This website is still not able to be used….it keeps sending one back to verify password even though it was already done …..then tells u it is incorrect….and what you have already chosen and filled out is lost…..you need a webmaster who’s intelligent…..I had cancelled my membership because of this and issues about gifts

I am frustrated because I can’t find where you can create a card in advance and send two days later….You used to be able to do that and it was very convenient.

Just got your site loaded onto new iPad and after being a user for years I am truly frustrated by this new version. I cannot find where cards pending or any of that kind of information is.
