Sad to say, new editing feature needs work

I have been an enthusiastic subscriber for many years and have appreciated the variety of lovely cards and especially the ease of including personalized messages. It had been a gratifying and fun way to keep in touch with good friends. Unfortunately, the difficulty I encountered in trying to navigate the new system was frustrating to the point that I am seriously considering canceling my subscription.
