The gaming experience was ruined by malicious harassment
Having been constantly harassed by trolls for a year while playing this game, it's gotten worse recently. Even reporting them doesn't stop them from spreading malicious rumors and saying insulting things - they're practically trying to drive players away. I've also run into people pretending to be poor and asking players for money. And those who use fake accounts to harass other players - why aren't the developers doing anything about it? Is reporting just a formality?

OK, so like I haven’t been able to start the game and I downloaded it this morning. I wanted to try it out and everything got loaded. I was able to pick the character but when I went to the name, I chose your name, but I liked and wanted to enter the realm. It said text checked out. Please try again later I did it multiple times and it still didn’t work so I don’t know what to do at this point

No customer service
In game there is not an option to contact customer service. There is an item that it says u will get from inbox but never shows up on inventory.
Can’t enter game
After I finish designing my character appearance and select a name and try to enter the game, it gives me an error message: “Text check timed out. Please try again later!” If I can get a fix for this, I’ll change my review.
Character name
Deleted a character to reuse a name only to be told it’s in use if you delete a character the name should be usable again not permanently taken
