The gaming experience was ruined by malicious harassment
Having been constantly harassed by trolls for a year while playing this game, it's gotten worse recently. Even reporting them doesn't stop them from spreading malicious rumors and saying insulting things - they're practically trying to drive players away. I've also run into people pretending to be poor and asking players for money. And those who use fake accounts to harass other players - why aren't the developers doing anything about it? Is reporting just a formality?
The gaming experience is pretty good overall except for some minor issues, but the deliberate harassment really ruins it~

OK, so like I haven’t been able to start the game and I downloaded it this morning. I wanted to try it out and everything got loaded. I was able to pick the character but when I went to the name, I chose your name, but I liked and wanted to enter the realm. It said text checked out. Please try again later I did it multiple times and it still didn’t work so I don’t know what to do at this point

No customer service
In game there is not an option to contact customer service. There is an item that it says u will get from inbox but never shows up on inventory.
Can’t enter game
After I finish designing my character appearance and select a name and try to enter the game, it gives me an error message: “Text check timed out. Please try again later!” If I can get a fix for this, I’ll change my review.

Deleted a character to reuse a name only to be told it’s in use if you delete a character the name should be usable again not permanently taken

At first I was enjoying this game and it is in fact a great…an Amazing game (I won’t shade the graphics, the creator mode and so many other amazing things about it) however… …it’s the gameplay as the game progresses it gets a bit harder to understand as there is so much going on outside of the story mode itself. Character leveling is very difficult once you get to level 80 and it seems you can only level up (or earn enough exp to level up) during story mode.
Side quests are quiet useless and the fact that you can’t progress without a "Team Up" group which is why I gave it 3 stars and it’s a shame because it really is an Amazing game. There’s so much going on that I forget where and how I began something as far as the side story. If it would allow players to go back and play through again just to earn experience points that would be great. The attacks, both physical and magical does become weaker because enemies are stronger and not being able to level makes this game stagnant and tedious.

Great..but.
I think i like it! I love the characterization. However it wont let me keep the outfit i choose.. besides this its great! Theres just one issue.. and its more of a complaint, i do NOT like the male voices. Its so bad and i wish they had an option to choose your own voice. My character demeanor does NOT match the upgoing, loud and obnoxious voice they have.

Needs fixing
Make it more affordable so more people will play. And also need to make a single player version if possible because you need too much other people supporting you and LESS servers because all the progress you get is basically useless once a new server is being added. Not many people playing now… what do you expect for American players. Most of them are from China, and some people are agh just weird.

New player advise
This game does not deserve a low rating in my opinion, but I have to keep it real. It’s a beautiful game. Love the music, enjoyed the story and the graphics are amazing, but it fails with their game mechanics. If you’re a new player or decide to play as a new character, be prepared to come to a halt in achieving the most important quests that you need in order to level up your character because it will require for you to team up with people. This game is built on matchmaking. I have an old character that is at a low level (level 70?) and I tried playing with this character but since it’s been so long since I played this game, there where lots of changes in this game that I decided to play as a new character for recap (but not only that, they added new pretty cool characters). Unfortunately, it only has one server and there where no new players. The current players where above level 100. So, you can imagine that I was not going to have any luck finding players to assist and truthfully it was a pain. If I was lucky enough to find a match they would leave abruptly. The game did offer an option for leveling up my old character but it required for me to pay 2k+ gold coins. This option doesn’t apply to a new character, of course. But in other words, if you’re a new player, you will be stuck with waiting on luck or forced to exit because you will not get very far. This game is also from over seas, so you may not come across english speaking players, but it is a friendly environment. Its just that higher level players do not want to spend time playing at a very low level when they basically kill everything with one hit and they already achieved it. I don’t blame them but it’s very unfortunate because this game is truly an amazing game.

Nice graphics and storyline
Miss the original game a bit but the graphics and story line for this one seems interesting or even better than the original.
