App performance
I can’t say anything bad about this system. I only have have good remarks for this veteran owned and operated company. And yes I’m a combat veteran myself and I’m on your 6 Jager pro. Every time I’ve had a problem the camera support guys have tried to fix it or they asked me to send the camera in for repairs or they have just replaced the unit.

Jager pro cameras are to complicated
I use this camera 2 months out the yr
Its not a plug and play. You have to reinvent the wheel every time you pull it out. I like the old way that doesn’t involve a third party on a dang trail camera

Take photos issue
I lost animals due to the app not working properly. Half the time I use it anymore It does not have half the options it should have. The button that allows me to close the gate or take photos, etc. last night it didn’t have the close gate or the take photos option. I closed the app and reopened it and the take photo was gone still. This is frustrating seeings how there’s a lot of money spent on this system. I’ve yet to be able to have the take photos now option.

Thoroughly disgusted. No notifications unless I open app and check. There is no need for app. Keep hearing update is coming but they keep taking my money with no results.

Someone needs to write a notification alert tone setting into the apps functionality. If you aren’t awake and staring at your phone you never know a picture was taken because the notification is silent. It’s a big flaw for someone who’s trying to get some shuteye and not stay awake all night watching the phone.

Excellent changes to the app. Much easier to use.
