Don’t buy PULSAR

Based on my experience don’t buy PULSAR just because how bad this app is! Contacting pulsar support is just as useless as the APP.

Same generic response from folks at pulsar who is running Pulsar Joe Biden?

Does not work…. Period. Significant lags make it useless.

It used to be ok but image freezes after a few moments. Useless.
A new version is long overdue now.

Pointless

So, tried for hours and simply can’t get it to connect with my Helion XQ50F. Pulsar make decent (if very expensive) products but this app really isn’t fit for purpose. And no contact details to give any guidance on what I might be able to do to fix it. I’ve also tried the ‘2’ version but that says my model isn’t supported. All very tedious.
