iPhone 16 fails to connect to the App

Since updating my iPhone to the 16 Pro, my helion 2 will not connect to the stream vision 2 app at all. The app has been updated in the last few days and still fails. I’ve phoned Thomas jacks and they’re at a loss too.
I’ve got £1500 device which doesn’t connect now, not happy at all.
Maybe time to buy a different brand of thermal.

Thermion xg50

App works good on my old iPhone 11 but didn’t work well on my buddies 14. Now that I have a iPhone 16 I can’t download anything, hope there is a fix that comes out soon

Very nice & easy to use.

The only fault in the app I have found is when I use the app in landscape mode part of the viewfinder in the app gets cut off.

The latest firmware brings some good features but the glitch being experienced with the LRF PiP alignment is not acceptable

Love the concept of this. Was able to install my first rifle profile with no problems. The second profile not so much. It won't let me save the zeroed yardage I use on the scope profile. It keeps changing it back to 109 yds. The library profile is correct, but even when I try to replace the profile on the scope it keeps reverting the zeroed yardage to 109 yds. Also the scope would not connect to the app at all the other day.

Frustratingly unreliable. Sometimes I can connect, most of the time I can't. No problem with the WiFi connection, just the stupid app can't see anything, no matter what I do. XP50 Thermion 2 with a stack of videos I can't get access too.

If you have an iPhone, you may need to turn off Cellular Data for the app to connect to the scope. After an hour or so resetting, removing and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, finally found a post to disable Cellular Data. Updating the firmware is challenging as wi-if is connected to the scope and cellular data is turned off, so there's no Internet. Hopefully they fix this dumb error soon!

Brand new Trail 2 XP50. Does not connect. At all. Totally unable to update firmware. Very disappointing for$6k

As near as I can tell everything works like it should. I can't get the firmware to update on my Helion 2 CQ 50. The original Stream Vision app I couldn't get my picture or videos to open on my phone. This one seams to work like it should. And able to adjust settings. Not complete if you can't update your firmware. Needs some work.
