crimson and grey line are like chronically late, or stall for a long time at some stops, makes me late for class even when i leave like super early to wait at the stop. sometimes it would’ve been easier to walk, but by then i’ll be even more late to class if i decide to walk since all my classes are at the other end of campus.

The JagLine is great when it works. However, I think it may just be the purple line. Sometimes it won’t have the tracking available so you won’t know where it is. There has been a lot of times that I get to a stop and I just barely make or just barely missed it.
Did freshman students develop this?
This app freezes and isn’t very accurate. Also, why do buses stop for long periods of time so often? I mean yellow line takes forever sometimes and I don’t think it’s the app freezing.

I consider this app as the worst mapping and monitoring app. Need a lot of improvement ASAP.

Hard to use
This app doesn’t have any buildings marked, so it’s especially hard for new students to know which stop to use. The app also freezes and won’t stop doing so for 10 minutes or more. Also, the route reminders don’t work, even if you have them set to On.
