Poor user experience

The idea is great execution is poor. I continually set Face ID to unlock the app and it constantly wants a pin.

Donโ€™t love the latest changes

I like the app, particularly the ability to remote start the car and reminder to lock my car. I donโ€™t like the latest update continues to log me out and then forces me to two factor authenticate by email.

Was good not now

Was clear when I bought the car that this required an annual subscription (I assumed it was a free feature). And every time I login it sends a one time passcode to my email since update last month which is incredibly annoying to have to log in with extra faff every time.

Latest Update Renders it Useless

The latest security update means you have enter your username, password, 2FA and PIN every day, which makes the app useless. Itโ€™s now quicker to just walk to the car and check the battery level. A pointless change that benefits nobody
