Just stopped working

Can’t get past the login page. App just endlessly loads with no login. Really irritating for a luxury brand to fail at something so basic.

Worked well until recently.

Was working well until 30 days ago. Now it says our jag is in sleep mode even when we are driving somewhere. Delete the app to reinstall now it just spins and never logs in. It is a shame it was a nice app. However it will save us money because there is no sense renewing a subscription that has no way to use it.

Terrible App

It makes you double sign in get a one time pass code just to start and lock your vehicle. It is awful. Would never recommend this app to anyone. It has gotten worse with updates

Doesn’t work with iPhone 17

I can’t get the app to work with the latest iPhone 17 update. Consistently shows the last location my car was at and that the car is unlocked. I’ve logged out, deleted the app and reinstalled… nothing so far has worked. Maybe it will work with the next apple update??? PLEASE!!! Absolutely useless as it is.
