False notifications

App throwing up false window open or unlocked notifications. Can’t trust app anymore. Please fix.

Works when it wants to work

The app is always stuck

Boooo!!

Asking for username and pwd and 2FA and then the PIN ruins the usefulness of the App

FIX IT!!!!

Stopped working

The doesn’t work. It says my car is driving, when it is parked and locked. Therefore it won’t run remote start or open the doors. I have not heard back from my inquiry on this. I’m wasting money!!
Disappointed

Almost never works

Since the update that changed the graphic from a sedan to a wagon, the remote climate has never worked. It always thinks the car is in sleep despite the car being my daily driver. Even before the update the remote climate only worked maybe once every 10 tries. I took the car to the dealership to see if there was anything that could be done, but they told me they’re all like that and they can’t do anything about it because it’s managed by a third party.

Won’t work if it needs an update

This app fails to tell you that if it needs an update(which it will not let you know unless you go into the app and see the notice) it will not work appropriately and tell you when you’ve left your vehicle unlocked. Last night my F-Pace was broken into and cleaned out (wheelchair stolen, prescription sunglasses etc.) with no sign of forced entry. When I went in to the phone to look at my notices there was absolutely nothing from this app telling me that I had left my doors unlocked. If this is going to happen, you have the responsibility to tell your customers, with an alert, that the app needs updating or it will not provide this info.
Never paying the hundreds of dollars needed for this app again.
Do not recommend.

Great app ruined by update

One of the best car apps I have used, unfortunately ruined by the recent update which makes logging on a real pain, after using the passkey I often have to also enter my phone password and then get a “one time code”. Please roll back this app.

Never works

We pay a high yearly fee for this app and the remote functions for the vehicle never work consistently. Very frustrating.

Doors

App frequently notifying me that I may have forgotten to lock my vehicle, even when I’m in it or it is actually locked. Disappointing.

Convenient

It’s convenient but I’m hoping this current update stops the app from signing me completely out after only hours of non-use.

Clunky sign in every time

This app used to be “okay, borderline good”. Some of the competitors have far more streamlined and functional apps which even integrate with the widgets on your iPhone to display your car charge. So definitely room for improvement. However it now regularly signs me out and the biometrics to get back in is really clunky with you having to click multiple things. No other app is this clunky. An app update has definitely been a downgrade and I’m borderline just deleting it because it’s so rubbish. Not what you expect from a premium car brand.

Slow

Takes a long time to log in everyday - asks for email, then code verification via email, then pin/biometrics… I just want to be able to quickly start my car. Was perfectly fine before they updated the app and made it all complicated

Good app

Good app but it keeps on giving false alarm on doors being open when one is siting in car or has just got off the car. Before it used to notify after few mins car being left unlocked hence was a genuine notification. Now there are too many false notifications.

Multiple sign in issue

App has started asking for a password when I open it, I then have to enter a one time code recieved on my email, and set a pin twice

Which this is fine as a one off, not every time you open it

It started doing this a couple of months ago and made the app unusable

Design errors

It no longer directly logs in on Face recognition, you have to now select it every time.
Why on alert (car left unlocked) is it just a quiet single beep ? It should be loud, persistent and selectable.
Otherwise pretty good.

3 months and counting

I’ve been paying annually for a subscription to a app that’s getting progressively worse. Since May 31, 2026, the app has been in sleep mode and inoperable. Can’t remotely start, track journeys because it won’t connect to my car. Getting support is also useless because there’s no one. At the dealership they don’t know much more about helping than I do with guessing what might be wrong. I’d like to get a refund for the time the app has not functioned. Over the past 2 years it’s gotten to the point it’s quicker to just walk to the car and start it. A piece of junk at this point. When my subscription is up in September considering not renewing because there has to be other remote starting operations available.

Annoying keeps asking for login and security code via email.

Why since this year it asks to login and validate every time I start the app.

Jaguar Charging doesn’t work

The most recent update has removed Jaguar Charging only a week after it launched. I’ve paid the £10 registration and received the charging card that I now can’t activate. Total waste of time. Thanks Jag, you need to test your updates more thoroughly, looks like a rushed launch.

Watch app no longer works

The watch app requires user to log in on the phone each time you want to use the watch app, which rather defeats the purpose of having a watch app. This never used to be the case. Please rectify.

Cumbersome Log In

This app was great until the last update. Since then, and I realize this is my personal experience, it no longer works with Apple Watch. Additionally, each time I use it with my iPhone it takes multiple log in steps to access the controls. Previously, all it required was Face ID, and occasionally PIN entry. Once logged in, the rest of the app is fine, however, with the time it takes to access the controls, it’s easier and faster to simply go to the car and start it. Hoping they will correct this sometime soon.
