I can’t open the app! Help!
gone my entire life but different when you go into service
i have gone to the church my entire life and so have most of my friends. we all love James River Church!! it’s amazing on the app, when you watch it, especially for those who live in different states. but if you can then i would personally recommend going into service, either 1st or 2nd service will do. they both talk about the same things.

Please send notifications and live services
This app is great, but I wish I would get notifications more often. For example, when services are about to start, I would like to receive a reminder to watch.
You don’t need to send it to everyone. You should let people choose one or more services to attend online by going on the app and selecting their services, and then receive notifications from then on until changed.
Another thing: Can you please stream live services on this app? It would be really handy for me. :)

Keeps crashing
Since iOS 12 came out the Jrc app keeps crashing . Love the app
Recent Update
Your latest update stated that it would improve connectivity however while it seems faster on WiFi, I can no longer use the app at on on cellular. It just keeps telling me I am offline. Used to be my favorite app and will be again as soon as you fix this little glitch.
