A little bug
I love this app and my church, but there is a little bug that I see on the app especially for the iPad version. The mini bar at the top of the app to move through the app tabs is always darkened with no icons until I click on them, it’s like the app hasn’t loaded and I’m waiting on it to open. Also sometimes the bar is larger than it is supposed to be. This is most likely because of Apples IPad updates with iPad OS moving to a Mac OS interface with the three dot close app feature. Just wanted to let someone know so maybe the person that sees this might update it. Other than first world problems the app is flawless.

gone my entire life but different when you go into service
i have gone to the church my entire life and so have most of my friends. we all love James River Church!! it’s amazing on the app, when you watch it, especially for those who live in different states. but if you can then i would personally recommend going into service, either 1st or 2nd service will do. they both talk about the same things.

Please send notifications and live services
This app is great, but I wish I would get notifications more often. For example, when services are about to start, I would like to receive a reminder to watch.
You don’t need to send it to everyone. You should let people choose one or more services to attend online by going on the app and selecting their services, and then receive notifications from then on until changed.
Another thing: Can you please stream live services on this app? It would be really handy for me. :)

Keeps crashing
Since iOS 12 came out the Jrc app keeps crashing . Love the app
Recent Update
Your latest update stated that it would improve connectivity however while it seems faster on WiFi, I can no longer use the app at on on cellular. It just keeps telling me I am offline. Used to be my favorite app and will be again as soon as you fix this little glitch.

Suggestion
You should make a way to listen to/view James River Online through the app. And maybe send a notification when services are about to start?
