We love Jamie Kay; however the app is full of bugs. Such as you cannot actually change the currency you view things in although it gives you the “option” to, and wishlists will not load.

I was looking desperately for the new customer 15% off coupon code and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m bummed because I had to put items back to bring it down under $300.00 if I had that coupon code I could have bought a few more items.

For having just released the app, it functions fantastically! It feels very much like being on the website in a browser but with the convenience of being an app. In some ways it may be even more user friendly than the browser version. It’s incredibly easy to find categories all in one place whereas in the browser one may have to search both the drop down menu and the bottom of the page to find what they’re looking for. My only recommendations for improvement after playing with the app for a while is maybe have the clothing categories ie. tops, bottoms, dresses, etc. available in the dropdown menu or the tabs along the top of the home screen rather than everything being by collection. I also found that the search function wasn’t perfect. For instance, when searching “oatmeal” not all items actually popped up as a result. Oatmeal Marle seemed to be separate. But then when I repeated the same search later in the day it seemed to pop up every oatmeal item available so it wasn’t consistent. I’m still giving the app 5 stars because I foresee these minor bugs being worked out with time as this is still the early days of the apps release. Altogether I very much like the app and will definitely use it often!
