Japanese Walking Buddy (home screen name: JW Buddy) is an interval timer for the Japanese 3×3 walking method: clear switches between a slower and a faster phase — without complicated plans. Tap once and go. WHY THIS APP • Start immediately — no account and no sign-in • Interval timer with phase sounds or optional spoken phase announcements • Statistics with steps, distance, and a rough calorie estimate during a session • Daily archive: past sessions at a glance • Home Screen widget: remaining time and status within reach • Multilingual UI: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) PRIVACY Training data stays on your iPhone. There is no user account. The app does not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and does not integrate third-party ad/tracking SDKs for user tracking.
