Good chicken bad delivery

The 5 star is only for the chicken quality. Fresh and clean. But you really need to work on the delivery aspect. It always takes more than an hour.
So although the chicken is good most of the time i have to order it from somewhere else where the delivery is fast. Out of 5, 4 times i order from somewhere else.

I hope you guys will take this and other not so positive feedbacks seriously and work upon it.

Bad chicken

this is frozen chicken not fresh chicken. frozen chicken when cooked gets a paper like texture which is terrible. the customer support will keep you on hold and then just disconnect your call. terrible experience I am uninstalling the app immediately. never again
