Worst app I’ve ever used.
It’s supposed to work with Amazon Alexa but it’s a lie. I’m very good with technology and they make it more confusing that rocket science. Never using or telling a friend about this stupid app.

To many bugs
Power goes out and be prepared for your light bill to come out high, the lights turn on and are unable to be turned off until you get back home. You have to reset the breaker to get some of them to turn off because the connection was interrupted if that doesn’t work you have to reset the WiFi if that doesn’t work you call jasco they tell you to do everything you just did an if your still under warranty send someone out to “fix” it. Every time they’ve come out they have gotten it to turn off but the color scheme is wrong or the light is no longer connected with the others even when you have it programmed to it’s more of a hassle then what they’re worth

Horrible lights
Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Lights not working, wrong color, FLASHING. I wish my home did not come with these HORRIBLE lights.
Jubilee Community Jasco Fiasco
The Jasco lights was a selling point for my family; however, the lights are consistently offline and Jasco has no real answers or resolution. I’ve rest the lights multiple times and I’ve set on the phone for at-least an hour resetting all the lights and switches about 2 months ago, for everything to go offline again. This is ridiculous.

Dumb for smart light switches
The builder had them come with the house. They eventually programmed them after internet installation. The first power flicker they got confused. They would not work. Tech came & fixed. Every time power flickers I have to reset something. Sometimes they work. Power flickers and I come home to find lights on. Sometimes they fix themselves. One tech said use app but that too is intermittent. Wall switch generally fails. App said update but always fails to update.

Not a good company
I purchased a new home and was told that home pro was going to install smart lights and switches for free. I was not informed that you have to buy security service in order to have a tech come out and fix connection issues. My smart lights don’t work when it rains. They disconnect very often. The switches no longer work. You can only turn the lights on and off through the app. And that only works half the time. In order to get a tech to come out and fix or reconnect them, you have to pay $159 each time. And it rains a lot here! So I am very unsatisfied. Don’t get this service. It’s lot worth the headache. You can buy smart lights and install them yourself.

Terrible
I can’t add a Jasco smart dimmer with the app. Is not capable of scan the QR or the sq and makes impossible to control the device. Not good at all.
