Dead
This app is dead. Constantly logs me out and I end up in a login loop. I can no longer recommend Zyxel for installs. This just isn’t good enough.
No customer support.
I’ve been trying to get hold of a human at your tech support for over a week. NO RESPONSE.
Works well for me
I’ve just done a whole home install. 50 devices across four SSIDs for work, home, guests and IOT. Per port limits for a managed switch. Four access points across the house. The app and cloud are both excellent and make adopting new devices a doddle. The cloud means all devices received the settings within seconds and are up and running with minimal fuss.

Do not trust this app!
An hour after downloading and setting up the app my Debit card linked to my Apple Pay had three fraudulent charges tried on it. Thankfully my bank stoped it.
Still buggy!
Convenient but still has ways to go!
