Hi I am writing the review for the worst app ever
Sad and outdated
It’s sad and outdated cameras, I had 4g WiFi and they, meaning the cameras worked,now that I upgraded to 5g no cameras work, that’s not the half, theirs no way of upgrading the systems and no way of getting instructions on how to keep recording or monitoring your system! Your not only out the money you waisted on the cameras but now your whole system can’t be upgraded and no one to contact.

No cloud storage after pay
Can’t read SD card storage since paying for Cloud storage which says no cloud storage available.
No good
Every time I open the app to look at the camera it’s off-line and I have to click on it and wait for it to do whatever it does and it gets to about 90% and then kicks out you have to try again and try again. I’ve put two SD cards in it and they both tell me there’s no SD card in it even though I formatted them. In order to use my camera with it. I literally have to delete it and add it every time.

Why does the screen rotation not work properly??
So not happy with Ads being added, but since they are can you please fix the annoying rotation problem on iPad Pros?? If I want to view my Jawa Camera in a landscape mode, I have to lock my iPad Pro 12.9 in Portrait mode, then rotate my iPad, then launch Jawa and hit the expand arrows and the. It will display properly (of course all other apps are now locked in portrait and display sideways!). JAWA is the only app that does this weird behavior, please fix, it has been like this over a year or more and drives me bats!!!

Not a good app
Sorry I waisted my money on this. It is not a good app and the cameras does not work with updates as technology expands… a waist of time and money. The camera worked for almost a year and now offline because it will not update to meet current standards of technology. There is no live body to even talk too. Not worth it! I am only giving one star because I have to choose something. But again, please do better with this app. It is no good for use.

Unable to Register
I was unable to register the device, so I can not use it. I set a password, but the app will not let me log in. I tried to say I forgot my password. I have waited days and nothing came to my email. Trued it again, and nothing. I don’t think this place is real. I have heard absolutely nothing from this app or customer service. May be outdated as well. Purchased with a discount code and my friend said it may be a much older model. Stuck with something I can’t do anything with. Waste of money.

App is working one week then doesn’t the next. Now they added ads, I figure their tired of not making any money and the ads are still not enough.

They used to be totally free then started charging for iCloud storage which is unnecessary if you have a memory card.

App not working
I keep getting Network Exception when trying to login to my account. First if all, it shouldn’t ask to login every single time. Second, why do they keep messing with the app and making it unaccessible.
