App doesn’t work anymore
There used to be a bunch of helpful videos on this app but now they are all gone. Not sure what the point of the app is anymore.
Security Issues Noted with Jayco University
Google will not let you use your gmail account to sign in. Google states this app does not meet their security standards.

I’ve used an iPhone 13 Pro Max and a brand new 1pm one 14 plus. This app doesn’t work , I could really use it to figure out my new Northpoint.

App doesn’t provide much. Each letter you get to while going through the glossary sends you back to the top. I was under the impression I would be able to connect to my camper and somehow have more options than are on the Jaycommand digital control or at least control it from my phone. Don’t really get the point of this app

I guess if you can afford a travel trailer...
If you have a trailer older than an 03 you’re out of luck. If you have a pop up camper you’re also out of luck. If you’re needing a manual for your popup just write an email to Jayco. Save the space on your phone for useful stuff.
