Really not worth it
This app is lacking. Its a highly generic, its basically just a bunch of bullet point "checklists" that you cant actually check off. Being that the jayco manuals are also insanely generic i guess its par for the course.
im letting jayco know what i would expect from this app so you could actually market it as a value added reason to get jayco.
1. personalization - I should be able to insert and save my camper model and selected options, this would then provide the details for further bullet points below.
2. unit specificity- Once the trailer model is saved i then have a narrowed down user manual available. IE only my model so im not searching.
3. I should have access to video user features specific only to my model, a towable has no reason to cover engine maintenance etc.
4. I should have a pre trip checklist for the camper tailored to my model with links built into each checklist that resembles my specific model. this check list should have programmed user input to actually check the boxes.
5. maintenance practices should be able to be saved when checked off, with the ability to select if you want service reminders once the time limit is reached. IE I can get reminders like "your heater air filter is due for inspection", "your water system is due for sanitization". "your bearings are due for greasing"
If this was shown to a customer before purchase this would be a very good value add that noone else has. ive built these for factory hvac units before with way more models and accessory's than you guys have its very achievable.

App doesn’t work anymore
There used to be a bunch of helpful videos on this app but now they are all gone. Not sure what the point of the app is anymore.
Security Issues Noted with Jayco University
Google will not let you use your gmail account to sign in. Google states this app does not meet their security standards.

I’ve used an iPhone 13 Pro Max and a brand new 1pm one 14 plus. This app doesn’t work , I could really use it to figure out my new Northpoint.

App doesn’t provide much. Each letter you get to while going through the glossary sends you back to the top. I was under the impression I would be able to connect to my camper and somehow have more options than are on the Jaycommand digital control or at least control it from my phone. Don’t really get the point of this app
