Poor app; the money was deducted, but the product still shows as sold out. Multiple complaints were made, and no refund has been received

I had a very disappointing experience with this app
I placed an order and the payment was taken immediately, but my order was never delivered. The app clearly stated that delivery would take around 3 days, but it has now been over a week with no update, What’s even more frustrating is that my order no longer appears in the app at all, as if it never existed. I have tried reaching out to customer support but have received no response so far.

SCAM & Worst delivery policy
I ordered from Jazi on March 29, 2026 and it is supposedly it will be delivered the next day on March 30, and I contacted with the customer care which is suppose to replay me back during the weekdays but no replay back wither. Today is April 3,, 2026 and still nothing, I want my order to be canceled and to be refunded. I’m not gonna order from this brand anymore. TOTAL SCAM
