What's New in Jazz.FM91

1.1.1

October 6, 2026

Music keeps playing after calls, doorbells, timers, and alarms — no need to open the app and press play again. Improved AirPlay and Bluetooth streaming, with a clearer way to pick where audio goes. Live Radio looks fresher, and CarPlay / Android Auto stay in sync with the phone. More reliable background playback and fewer unexpected stops.

Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth devices

It won’t play on Bluetooth speaker. When the app first came out it would connect Bluetooth then disconnect/stop playing after 20 mins or so. Now it’s far worse where it doesn’t play on Bluetooth speaker at all. This is definitely an app issue because the old Jazz app still works perfectly - playing off Bluetooth speakers. I’m glad I didn’t delete it. Keep the old app folk, until they fix this issue.

No longer connects to Bluetooth

After upgrading to this version, two of my speakers no longer connect. Wish I stayed with the old version!

Tech issue - drops Bluetooth speaker

Love the station, hate the new app - or at least the tech issues! As soon as I hit play on any stream it drops my Bluetooth and will not let it reconnect. Please fix as I need my jazz fix!

Unreliable

The app cuts out every hour or so. And today, it won’t recognize my Bluetooth speaker even though other apps and websites do.
Very frustrating.

Jazz alarm clock?!

❤️❤️❤️ Loving the jazz alarm clock feature. I’m waking up to Oscar Peterson every day now. 😎
