Your updates now prevent my device to connect to my wifi. It was working fine. DevOps is terrible. You should have better testing.

I would love to see YouTube Music integrated into the JBL One app. Many users subscribe to YouTube Premium and YouTube Music, and native support would make JBL speakers much more convenient to use. Please consider adding YouTube Music in a future update.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, j’ai deux bugs :
– j’ai parfois du mal à éteindre la radio sur la molette centrale.
– si je programme la mise en sommeil, la lumière d’ambiance s’allume et reste allumée auparavant, ça ne le faisait pas.

Handy App
Just bought a Horizon 3, and found the app very handy. However, if JBL are reading this, could you include a backup battery warning built into the app with the next update? The clock itself doesn’t let you know when the backup battery is depleted.

Voice clarity is a bit low… kindly add sound presets

Need option to save more equaliser profiles
I own JBL BAR 1300. There should be an option to save multiple equaliser profiles, so users can quickly choose one of them, according to the content the user is watching.
Requires location
This app cannot be used unless you grant permission to see your location.
The older JBL PartyBox and JBL Portable apps do not require location. I will not be switching to the JBL One app. Any JBL product I purchase that is only compatible with the JBL One app will be returned to the store.

Won’t connect to WiFi
The app is probably great but I can’t get the JBL 1000 MK 2 to connect to WiFi. I’ve been trying for days. Luckily the sound bar works through an optical connection and I can control volume with the remote.

This is absolutely one of the best speakers that I have ever bought! You will not be disappointed in the sound it delivers. Well worth the money!! Nice job JBL!

The system works very well. I have a JBL Authentics 500, and this app brings a bunch of functionalities and the box answer very well. I would only add more options on the “like” options…

スピーカーキャリブレーションをするとリアスピーカーの音量が小さすぎて臨場感が足りないので設定しないで使っています。
任意に左右のリアスピーカー音量を変更できるようにすることをお勧めします。
部屋は□形だけではなく。天井ももっと角度が着いていたり複雑です。
