JBL One App won't discover PartyBox 720
The speaker itself plays audio via Bluetooth fine and connects to the old PartyBox app instantly, but the JBL One app fails to detect the PartyBox 720 during discovery scans. I've re-paired Bluetooth, reinstalled the app, and set all permissions to 'While Using', but the BLE handshake in JBL One is completely bugged. Fix the scanning protocol in the next update.

The BandBox Trio is amazing, and this app works great with it
The JBL Bandbox Trio exceeded my expectations. Sounds as good as my Everse 8 speakers. The app is intuitive with the right amount of features (not too few, not too many). Works great. Highly recommended for musicians wanting an all-in-one PA for small venues.

Jbl partybox club 120
Jbl partybox club 120 doesn't connect to this app, but it worked fine with the old one
Horrible app layout
The app functions well, but everything is buried multiple menus deep. If I want to turn on my sound bar, switch it to Bluetooth, then turn on broadcast mode, I have to go through 3 different screens. Why not put broadcast/night listening mode toggles on the in-app remote? Would be nice on the physical remote too, but I get that a smaller remote might be desirable. But in the app, there’s no reason why users should have to tap around multiple places to get to these settings. Just not an ideal user experience. Great product overall, but the app needs a UI/UX overhaul.

JBL party box 130
iPhone 17 pro, app does not work or recognize the party box, it did at first when I bought it and since does not work. Even returned it and tried a different party box 130 and still the same result. I have other jbls and they work fine. Not happy.
Hard to establish connection at times
The connection is quicker than the previous app , when it works but then it doesn’t connect half the time when i try to turn on my partybox 120 with the app. FIX IT PLEASE
To Many Layers
Night Listening, the main reason for investing into this system, is only accessible through the app. Ok. But finding it in the app is like peeling an onion, to many layers to get to it. I’d be more than happy if the option was on the “remote” within the app, but I guess that’s to logical as of now.

There is a fatal app crash when I go to the guitar preset menu and click the three dots !
