Please fix multipoint connection

It’s annoying to turn the speaker on and have two phones connect to it if Bluetooth is turned on for those phones

App is absolutely worthless

Why do I have to disconnect and reconnect everytime I try to use this app? Why is it impossible to use since switching to a new phone. Only want to use this app for the battery life but it can’t even do that

the one and only

I have too many JBLs to count for a reason.

JBL

This little box jams pretty damn hard.

Es muy buena aplicación

Don’t connect

I used to be able to connect to this app but something is now wrong it doesn’t connect to my extreme 3 not matter what it keeps telling me to do useless app. JBL SORT THIS OUT. Unreal speaker let down by a useless app

Easy!

JBL 4 Life!!

Flip 4’s

We’ve used JBL in our studio, rehearsals and tours. JBL has its own DNA across all systems. Even Flip 4’s linked in stereo in the JBL app.

No charger. Which if you buy multiple speakers is a Libertty!

Bought two Charge 6’s. One would not turn on after charging. For an hour! The other perhaps had a better USB-C from another product that provided the cable. JBL should not be selling products without their own Quality charger cables. The cheaper 5 provides it. Why not the more expensive 6? Also, playtime…rubbish compared to Anker. So if you want a few hours of full bass abd volume? Go for it. Otherwise, don’t bother. Especially for Carnival!

JBL

Brillant speaker for price and size. Only downfall is battery don’t last nearly as long when on full volume.

How can they not get this right

Both JBL Flip 6s are connected & the JNL Portable app recognizes that less than 50% of the time. So frustrating/ maddening in fact. Can’t get the app to recognize they are connected even when music is playing from my iPhone through the speakers. It actually makes the speakers perform worse.

No JBL 4Ever

has never worked on any ipad. finds the ipad but never connects, even if ipad next to JBL 5 speaker. worked in past on iphones.

Awesome speaker/product

Great app

Amazing app-highly recommend just wish you could have a bit more freedom with your speaker.

Faulty App, it needs to be overhauled, everything doesn't work. This app is absolute garbage!

Use it for one JBL speaker the, Go 4. I'm convinced this gives incorrect readings of the battery all the time. I don't think it updates or adjusts its default calculations for battery consumption when the user changes the EQ. I use a custom bass heavy EQ with higher ends pretty much level.

It would be nice if this app gave notifications of low battery too, you'd think it's a no brainier.

It would also be nice, if they updated their speaker to make its own low battery sound. It actually ridiculous how the Go 4 has a tiny light indicator ON THE SIDE to notify you of low battery WITHOUT a low battery sound for flip's sakes.

Also the JBL Go 4, not just mine, shuts off RANDOMLY. This happened from 6months after I got it. I thought it was my specific speaker after a year I sent it to them to fix, they sent me back brand new JBL speaker. That issue of the old speaker also happens to this one too from the box. You'd think it's a battery degradation issue but since I got the new one and it still happens I'm convinced it's a software issue.

The useless app I can't even rely on because I'm convinced its battery readings are absolutely a guess and gimmick. Only thing that works about this app is the EQ that's it.

Now I came here to do a review of how this useless app can't even scan my speaker anymore when my phone is clearly connected to it playing music. I've tried all methods from yesterday and this useless app won't sense the speaker so I can't even see and change the EQ.

Unusable

Can’t connect the device at all. Someone should update it or try and fix it atleast. Terrible

Nice features, but lack of accessibility causes difficulties

I like being able to pair multiple speakers, but this app does not work well with VoiceOver on iOS. Many buttons are unlabeled, so I do not know what they do. It's a lot of guesswork
