What happened to sleep tracking??

I’ve had this device with no issue for several months. Data even matches that of my Apple Watch and I was really happy. Then, all of a sudden, sleep stopped recording. I messaged dev and they told me to upgrade app from JCVital to JCVitalPro and I did. Everything is tracking well except for sleep…which is the whole reason I got this device. Now I don’t know what to do and my messages seem to be ignored. Please fix. I still want to love this device. Thank you.

Downgraded app from Pulse by Makina

If this is the app that we have to use for the discontinued Pulse by Makina band, it's not even close to being that good.

Doesn't detect VO2Max, Stress level on the homepage never changed and always says bad regardless of stress, no Skateboarding🛹 to select as exercise, exercise tab automatically goes to walking and running every single time instead of selecting your last workout, no place to submit feedback to the app developers...

Updates fixed some issues - much better now

Previous versions wouldn’t let you record exercises but the update has it solved. I would rate this a ( star but it still has some bugs to figure out. For example, in my workout session, it proclaims I burn much more calories that should be possible. I am unsure of its calculations but they can’t be correct.

I will say that I find the step counter more accurate than a lot of smart watches and I also really love the sleep records. It will lay out your sleep patterns, REM, Light and Deep sleep. It also logs your SP02, HR and HRV from your sleep. This gives good insights on how well you are resting and the quality of your sleep.

No exercise data collection possible

I’m not being allowed to collect workout activity data. It continuously says The device is currently undergoing other health measurements. Please try again later. No matter how many times I try, or when I try it will not collect my fitness activity data.

Great value

I bought the band that accompanied this App and saved over $200 vs Hume band. I love this purchase and I just bought my mom one. I also stopped paying for a food tracking app because this app has one built in. Great job!
