Pricing isn’t bad. Shipping takes forever sometimes
I have ordered quite a few things here. Prices are good. Shipping is either quick or takes a month. Had emailed checking up on things multiple times and didn’t get an answer other than they would check until I messaged nick directly and he got things done.

Open the app, it won’t work, or it crashes after a couple of seconds.

Nick and the crew are great. Fast service free shipping. I give nick and the team 5 stars. The app however keeps freezing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times same result freezes constantly.

Very great prices and I’ve received all my tools. I was missing one and sent them an email and they responded within the hour and got my tools in the next few days. The need to update the app or do something because it freezes once the store opens

It keeps freezing once you get to store
No package for almost a month and 2 weeks
Bought a battery cover and Milwaukee boot for my cordless impact. Sent them the money still no package or email or anything Very poor next time I’ll just get my stuff off the tool truck for full price!

Never received product, no refund
I ordered a tool, it never showed. They said they would check into it and they never got back to me. Not responding to my emails anymore and no refund.
