Hello,why i cannot put on access with Malaysian register??? I cannot bind with my P05 watches

I bought the jeep watch P05 in Taiwan. I cant register or log-in thru this app because you cant change prefix +86 into other country code. Can you please updae this. I cant use the watch itself unless i log in and connect the watch to my phone.
