We were in a bind, then I heard of this company and gave it a try; it was great service. as I had to make multiple changes yet they were prompted in getting back to me, answered questions right away and my driver Bryan made us feel so comfortable! Would use again if needed!

Service is good. App is bad
The service so far has been good. I've gotten the same driver, and he's been pretty good. But the app is VERY poorly done. For example - enter an address that it finds (jfk terminal 4 departures) - can't move forward with it because it doesn't fill the street address. Or it asks for your flight time for an airport pickup. But then it tells the driver to pick up your car, at your house, at that time, rather than calculating the vehicle pickup time ( or it expects the driver to know to do that). It's also generally clunky - weird handling of scrolling, etc. I'm trying to work with it because I like the idea of the service and it's a need I have, but the app needs a LOT of refinement.

Buggy app/Deceptive credit card charge
The app is impossibly buggy and I was charged a annual membership when I clearly didn’t select one. STAY AWAY
Worth it!
Service was easy and reliable, driver was profesional and understood my needs during the drive without many explanations. The service is simple great.

We love the service!! Booking with as much advance notice almost always secured you a driver!! Jeevz always let’s you know well in advance of upcoming busy event times. We can’t live with out Jeevz’s service!!!
Terrible company
You pay monthly for the membership but they can’t guarantee service or availability when you need them. Great concept but only when it works.

If I could give Jeevs negative reviews I would, I have been using Red Cap for years, the driver they sent was totally incompetent, I almost told him to get out of the car, never felt so unsafe, will cancel my membership
