Cannot access library card barcode
This isn’t the first time I’ve stood in library, logged into this app, and been unable to access even the most basic content: my library card. Can’t see items checked out, either. Please debug this app, or scrap it and overhaul. Library budget money should call in better performance than this.

This app doesn’t “initialize” when I try to open it. I’m trying to track my library book when it’s due not to incur fees but the app won’t let me :(

Convoluted Mess
This is a prime example of how not to design an app. It is ridiculously complex.
Why was it necessary to produce a more difficult means of accessing my local library?
