Scam or just a horrible company?
So far I have sent over 60 messages through the message center. No response. They have no phone number and no email.
They have no means to communicate other than this app and they won’t answer anything. They just add fees and extra charges repeatedly loading up what they say you owe them.
If they aren’t a scam, they are knowingly hurting and abusing families while eliminating any form of recourse or communication and they make no effort to do anything other than take your money and take as much as possible.
This should be criminal.

Terrible. You can’t register, Can’t find your email. DONT even waste your time.
App not working
I made an account and I tried to log in but it says email or password wrong. I know I put I. The right one because I wrote it done and I checked 5 times
Horrible to get in contact
I been trying for months to get my account number and they don’t have any contact information.How do they do business with customer.This is horrible
App is poorly designed
I cannot reset my password because I get an error message that my email is not associated with any account. Then I go to register with my email address and it says that I am already registered and to click the forgot password button. It’s a frustrating loop and there is no tech support to be found.
This app is trash
The JellyBird “app” is really just a wrapper for their mobile web site. So calling it an app is a stretch. It has poor UX so finding stuff is hard. Also, they bundled the property notices in with our HOA, so you have idiots driving around writing up bogus property notices. It’s frustrating to say the least. I wish our HOA would dump this garbage software.

Downloaded the latest version and it’s still prompting for an update. Every time I come to the homepage.

Can’t login
Haven’t been able to login for over a year now. I reset my password and it still tells me invalid password. No way to contact anybody.
Does anybody work there
No way to contact anyone - I need my account number to register on the app. No way to contact anyone on the app without registering. They don’t have a website to log into or try to find an account number. They have an online chat where I’ve had an open session for about 12 hours and nobody responds. How about a way to contact someone.. that would be great. I’m wasting my time.
