Jellyfish Lights are 3/10 app 0/10
Constantly disconnecting. Lights constantly have issues. In the 4 years I’ve had JellyFish lights I haven’t gone 30 days without lights going out or the app or controller having an issue.
Need to be able to do more Customization
We would like to he able to customize more patterns and save them. Also, I want to be able to change/control lights when I’m not home. The lights are lovely, but I want more control when not at home.
Empty Promises
Updated to Jelly Fish based on the promise of an updated controller that would provide the ability to customize lights and create new color schemes. Paid a good amount. Ideas are all great but the customer support and company follow through is horrible. Programmer is rude. In response to an email sent asking why we didn’t receive the promised updated beta app to control the lights, I was questioned why I wanted a more difficult app. My response was, “because it’s what we were promised at purchase.” Not a single response was given. Great lights and potential but very unhappy with the company and their communication and follow through.

Missed potential
Been waiting for months for promised improvements, but they never seem to come. This app is barebones. It works, but it’s ugly, inefficient, and limited. A little investment here could go a long way.
App Needs Major Overhaul
The lights themselves are great. Installers were good. The App is very limited and counter intuitive. Can't select which lights are used, can't program colors/patterns beyond the canned options. Dev needs to take a close look at state-of-the-art lighting Apps and start over. Cannot recommend this system until this happens.
