Not working

Man if some kids made this app it wouldn’t be this slow and lag as this app … the developers and the database engineers for this app should be fired… they don’t deserve to work as programmers

Doesn’t work.

It keeps saying “loading data” and nothing happens. Used to work but not anymore. Please fix it or remove it entirely!!

Its a broken app

This app doesn’t work at all. I reinstalled it more than once. It wouldn’t even start. Apple shouldn’t allow this app to be in its store.

The app has not been working out of Jordan for over a month now. Hope JEPCO will fix soon.

App not working

App was working fine but suddenly does not work at all. I uninstalled and entered the phone number but keep getting connection error. Now I cannot use it at all. Not using VPN and iphone is up to date.

The app keeps handing and says loading for more than 2-3 minutes and nothing happened. Tech guys should be on it not waiting for clients to make a complaint!

Good information

Good App but when you traveling doesn’t work from outside Jordan , you need a VPN (Jordan) or back to Jordan to work , it’s should working from anywhere I don’t why only Jordan

التطبيق لا يعمل بطريقة صحيحة ويحتاج لعمل جاد لتطويره بطريقة تهدف لجعل وظائفه تعمل بهدف تسهيل التعامل به لعملية قراءة العداد والدفع وحساب الاستهلاك.

It doesn’t work outside Jordan

Why this app don’t work in USA? It would be nice to have the developer make work any where, so customers can monitor and pay their utility bill

4 months so far and the App does not work

Does not work anymore.
No one is responding to your inquiry about the issue.
Keep says loading.
Please fix the bugs.
