Doesn’t sustain connection

Just received the device from Amazon.
Have followed all instructions, looked for troubleshooting instructions, have spent an hour with the device with no success. Have been able to repeatedly connect to the device’s WiFi network. The app will ask if I want to join. The blue light on the device will stop flashing and go solid. The app will show its trying to connect, and then stops. The app never recognizes that the device is connected.
It seems that the device is working, but the app is defective. That’s just a guess.
I’m going to return it to Amazon. That’s a shame, because it seems like it’s a nice device and it’s almost there, but without a connection, it’s useless.

Won’t stay charged
Not really reliable. Worked great the first time but won’t seem to charge enough to work as long as they claim 65 min. Connects just fine but does get a little warm.
Doesn’t connect
App connected to earpick wifi, but refused to recognize the connection, and is unusable. Spent 30 min troubleshooting, trying settings and reading FAQs. Nothing worked. Money wasted.
Won’t connect to camera
When I first got this, it worked just fine but now it says it’s not connected every time in even though I gave it access to my Wi-Fi it’s still won’t open the camera
One time use?
My husband bought each of us one of these and we each used ours one time. Now it will immediately disconnect before you can even pick it up to use it. We have done the troubleshooting and reinstalled the app. Also, even after we reconnect to our regular WiFi, it’s like our connection is bad for a period of time after trying to connect to this camera. I told him to return them.

Bought two, worked for about 10 minutes. Just like 95% of the other unsatisfied customers..it’s garbage. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is the sorriest app, I open it to look at my ear and it takes forever to get the WiFi to connect…and I have the best and fastest WiFi there is. I also have no problem with any other apps! Anyways about the time I get it in my ear, it goes off again! Do yourself a favor and do not use this app, it will just piss you off!!

I have used other ear probes without any issues. This one will not stay connected. It connects and disconnects 3 seconds later. I got this on clearance at Woot.
