I went on the app to leave feedback about my machine. I looked everywhere for information of what to do on website. I have had machine for several years loved it until there was visible mold in clean water tank and i made fatal mistake of unscrewing the bottom screws. There needs to be a warning printed on the tank about unscrewing them !!! I can no longer use the machine i am mad! The website never said to not unscrew them! Found info on YouTube after the fact!!!!

In auto mode, suctioning did not appear to catch up until I found myself using paper towels even though i had switched to suction only. 4th use was not a charm.
