Don’t waste your money
They use the cheapest plastic in the world that starts to stink incredibly fast. the plastic itself holds the mop odor, even when you clean it out thoroughly every single use. It just cleans up surface messes and I found myself having to go back and clean spots again because it won’t pick up anything. anyone who has vinyl or wood floors It doesn’t deep clean. It won’t get into the grooves or crevices. The mop itself does not heat so it leaves behind a lot of mess. It’s basically just a wet vacuum that leaves a little bit of mist on your floor. Horrible purchase, complete waste of money.

I absolutely love my Tineco Floor ONE S6! It has made cleaning my condo so much easier and saves me a lot of time. Instead of vacuuming first and then mopping, it does both at the same time, leaving my floors clean and fresh.

I went on the app to leave feedback about my machine. I looked everywhere for information of what to do on website. I have had machine for several years loved it until there was visible mold in clean water tank and i made fatal mistake of unscrewing the bottom screws. There needs to be a warning printed on the tank about unscrewing them !!! I can no longer use the machine i am mad! The website never said to not unscrew them! Found info on YouTube after the fact!!!!

In auto mode, suctioning did not appear to catch up until I found myself using paper towels even though i had switched to suction only. 4th use was not a charm.

App only supports 2.4ghz WiFi??? Hello, 2007 is calling. Why can’t a $1000 vacuum with an AI app connect to normal 5ghz WiFi network. Ffs.
Absolutely clean
I highly recommend this product. It really cleans and leaves no strikes on the floor the dirty water gets cleaner and cleaner the more you use it absolutely fun as well. Mopping floor is just on the next level. The future is here lol

Total junk … wishing now I would’ve researched further and not even purchased this junk …. Constant problems with dirty water tank full, even after completely cleaning ,drying and replacing the roller and filter … will not run more than 2 seconds !
