Bug report page title over page detail
On some screens on my iPhone 12 the page heading covers the top of the page detail.
E.g. the methane screen.

As an instructor at a fire school I recommend this app to students as a useful tool.
It’s fairly simple to use and has its glitches now and then but overall a solid performer.

Could do better !
App opens fine the first time you open it but doesn’t work on subsequent occasions.
Crashes
Works only the first time I open it after download. If I open the app again, it is unresponsive with no function. Doesn’t help to delete and reinstall.

A PDF would be more reliable than this to be honest. Controls within the app
Don’t render properly or fail to respond, no resizing to make best use of space.
More functional apps were available on day one of the App Store when it launched.
By all means have a look at the app, then work out what you are going to use during an incident, as this app is not it !

Does not fit screen
This soo is brilliant and has gone in use though does not fit to my iPhone 12 Pro Maxs screen instead looks like I’m using s a smaller phone screen size!
Unable to use on IPad - no screen rotation
Would be ideal if I could use this on an IPad in landscape mode so I can use my Bluetooth keyboard. The App will only open in portrait mode and will not rotate into landscape.

Easy to follow

Just wow. Great app used during a presentation that was spot on. All relevant and informative the app in conjunction with the presenter worked together in harmony. 10/10..
Used for a presentation
Had to download this app for a presentation, the app works fine, the presentation was the most boring thing I’ve ever sat through. Presenter just kept harping on in some bizarre foreign accent, worst 45 minutes of my life.

Kept locking up and time format incorrect
As was mentioned in May by another user.
Just used the app on a live incident, the first issue that I noticed was that times were missing a zero eg 3:03 was being displayed as 3:3
Secondly the notes section crashes if you edit a note.

It appears that the notes crash the system when you try to edit them a second time, not good if you realise you’ve made a mistake or want to go back to it to finish the note.
The automatic time marker is also rather poor reporting 21:9 for 21:09 and it didn’t always take the actual time from the iPhone but used the time from the previous note.
I can see its worth but things like locking up and time errors are definitely a concern.
What about including a proper log sheet rather than just notes? Or am I trying to use the notes incorrectly?

Frustrating
This app has so much potential, but bugs are ruining it.
Main example is you can generate the first methane report well, it saves it all and you can send it etc but then when you want to create the second or subsequent apps it does not save the data other than major incident standby or declared. The remaining critical data in the methane report is lost, meaning it’s unusable.
Once you delete the app and reinstall you can create a new report but as soon as the first report is saved and put into the log the new methane has the same issue.
This breaks its reliability and means it is unsafe to recommend or use in practice. A shame! I was planning of delivering training to support this app to a large number of staff, but I just simply cannot risk it now, back to pen and paper for safety.

Not dependable
This app appears to be full of bugs and is slow to run. Certain features haven't been working properly for a couple of months now (such as recording a METHANE report). It has let me down on the scene of incidents a couple of times now, and if it's unreliable then it's useless as it's not fit for purpose in the situations that it was designed for. Maybe the developers need to update it, but until then it's a rubbish app.
